Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled full stack developer to join our Platform Engineering team, focusing on building, and enhancing our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Backstage as a platform. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and streamline software delivery. Collaborate with teams to enhance developer productivity and platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences or graduate of a technological military service program

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development

Proven experience in requirements analysis and design implementation

Experience with C# and the .NET environment

Experience with Full Stack Web technologies

Development experience with: JavaScript/TypeScript, React

Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles (OOD/OOP)

Experience working in a Multi-threading / Multi-processing environment

Experience with ALM and working in an AGILE environment using commercial tools

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
