ServiceNow Team Leader

The Future Of Work Digital Workplace team at Deloitte is looking for a ServiceNow Team Leader to work on global and challenging projects in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for a passionate Leader with a desire to understand tech-related services and operations and truly impact our customers by guiding them on best practices.

Location: Tel-Aviv (Hybrid Model)

What you’ll experience in the role:

• Implementation team management.
• Accompaniment and partnership in technological projects based on a broad ServiceNow system from the characterization phase.
• Accompanying the process of implementing the system installation and adjusting the required modules.
• Providing service and technical support to managers and employees in the organization on the information system.
• Support for local and global projects, while working in a close interface with internal and external organizational interfaces.

In order to succeed, you should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in the field of ServiceNow (implementation or development)- Must
• Management experience - Must.
• Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field.
• High level of English- both verbal and written.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to learn independently.
• High interpersonal communication and work capabilities with many interfaces in the organization.
