We are looking for a Director of Product Management to to lead a security product line.

What You Will Be Doing

This individual will be responsible for setting a product vision and strategy, overseeing a team of product managers, and collaborating with stakeholders across the company to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. Additionally' this role will require some hands-on work, implying a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Define and implement product strategy and roadmap for our security product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this data to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice-versa, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
• Foster a customer-centric mindset across the product team, advocating for user needs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Represent the product team in executive meetings and present product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance evaluation.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a direct management role.
• Experience in Identity security – a must
• Former development / research experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proficient in agile product management methodologies.
• High proficiency in English
