Project Manager

We’re looking for a solid, self-managed Project Manager to join our team
This role is about discipline, visibility, and predictability. You’ll ensure the project stays on track, risks are surfaced early, and both the customer and delivery team always know where things stand.
What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll own the day-to-day project management of the engagement and act as a steady point of coordination between the customer and our delivery team.
This includes:
Managing scope, timeline, and budget across the project lifecycle
Running regular status updates and keeping stakeholders aligned
Tracking risks, dependencies, and decisions - and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinating between the customer, development team, and leadership
Ensuring changes are documented, assessed, and approved before execution
Maintaining clear visibility into progress, blockers, and next steps
You won’t be writing code or defining requirements, but you’ll be close enough to the work to understand what’s happening and ask the right questions.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Project Manager who can operate independently and keep things moving without constant oversight.
7+ years of experience in project management
Managed at least 3–5 complex software projects end-to-end
Experience working with non-technical customers in business- or compliance-driven environments
Strong ability to manage delivery under time & materials or hybrid models
