What You Will Be Doing
Lightricks' Payment and Billing Engineering Team is crucial to our global operations. This team manages vital systems like processing user subscriptions, entitlements, and inter-user transactions.
We're seeking a bold, goal-oriented leader for our skilled engineering team.
As the leader of our Payment and Billing Engineering Team, you'll be collaboratively brainstorming business and technical solutions with stakeholders from diverse departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, BI and Finance. In addition to these planning and problem-solving activities, you'll oversee both tactical and strategic plans, ensuring their successful execution. Your responsibility extends to nurturing the personal and professional growth of your team members, promoting a supportive and progressive atmosphere. Leading by example, you are not afraid to delve into code writing and illustrating the standard for your team. Moreover, you'll work together with other managers within your group, actively contributing to the accomplishment of group-wide objectives.
Your Skills And Experience

• 5+ years of experience working on backend systems
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly independent, accountable and a team player
• Experience with Python/Golang/Java
• Experience developing a cloud-based system (AWS or GCP)
• Experience working with payment / billing systems is a plus
