Latet - International Social Media Specialist

Latet - Israeli Humanitarian Aid, one of the largest and most renowned organizations in Israel, is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and innovative dreamer to join our dynamic international team as International Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist!
This role is a unique opportunity to amplify Latet's mission on a global scale by driving digital engagement and outreach among international audiences, with a special focus on the US market. You will craft digital campaigns, create impactful content, and manage Latet's social media communities, all aimed at inspiring support and awareness. By growing our digital donors base and collaborating with a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Latet's message of hope and resilience reaches everywhere.

Role responsibilities
• Enhance Latet's digital presence among international audiences.
• Develop, manage, and optimize digital campaigns for the international market, primarily targeting the US, from conception to launch.
• Produce and edit marketing materials for social media, website, newsletters, articles, and other promotional content, including adapting and translating materials from Hebrew to English.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results, including media report analysis and performance report.
• Manage and oversee Latet's English-language social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok), including content development and workplan creation.
• Regularly update Latet's English website with relevant content aligned with current campaigns.
• Manage and grow the pool of digital donors through data analysis, monthly newsletters, and targeted webinars.
• Collaborate effectively with various partners, including Latet's marketing team in Israel, the US representative, media consulting firms, and other suppliers.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree (communication/business administration etc.).
• Experience in digital marketing- previous roles in an advertising/media agency.
• Proficiency in operating social media platforms.
• Knowledge of the Jewish philanthropic world- an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, creativity, flexibility, resourcefulness, being a results-oriented person that is able to work under short deadlines.
• High analytical abilities and Excel proficiency
• Professionalism, attention to details, sensitivity, and excellent people skills.
• Experience of working with graphic design tools – an advantage.
• Languages: Native English speaker- a must, Fluent Hebrew- an advantage.
