System Analyst

You can Expect:

• Front-end, back-end, and integration system analysis, including understanding business goals, work processes, and technical architecture.
• Writing technical specification documents while coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Breaking down projects into sub-tasks and assigning responsibilities for each task, while managing project tasks with developers and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Managing deployments: coordinating schedules and content with all stakeholders, defining components (SF, integration, content, DB, website, etc.), and performing post-deployment testing.
• Providing support for troubleshooting and service inquiries and QA (Quality Assurance).

Experience Required:

• 2 years of experience as a digital system analyst.
• Experience in system analysis of complex and multi-interface projects.
• Experience writing technical specifications.
• Possess strategic thinking as well as the ability to dive into technical aspects.
• Familiar with working in agile methodology.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Knowledge and understanding of UI / UX.
• High proficiency in English.
