The world’s leading organizations trust CyberArk to help secure their most critical assetsWhat will you do:We are looking for a bright, technology-oriented and seasoned in-house counsel to join a dynamic team in a successful global, publicly-traded cybersecurity company. This person will act as a technology and commercial counsel, primarily negotiating technology and licensing agreements and working independently with management and various departments within our organization. This position will report to CyberArk’s Director of Legal.

• Manage and negotiate technology agreements with leading global enterprises, in collaboration with key teams such as Product & Innovation, IT and Information Security
• Provide legal guidance with an emphasis on cybersecurity, privacy, risk mitigation and intellectual property and advise on technology-related activities such as encryption, open source software and competitive analysis
• Medium-term opportunity to specialize in privacy and data protection for the business, including:
• Advising on legal requirements applicable to the management of personal information throughout the company’s service development and business lifecycle
• Negotiating data protection-related contract terms, in sales, procurement and other agreements
• Supporting the activities of various teams, such as product management, research & development, information technology & security, human resources, finance and marketing, to assist them with records of processing, privacy impact assessments and training programs

What you need to succeed:

• Native level English, excellent communication and drafting skills
• LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
• At least 3 years of experience practicing technology and commercial law in a global technology company or a leading law firm
• Deep understanding of technology and its legal implications (including SaaS), experience in cybersecurity and privacy an advantage
• Creative and pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, who provides excellent service to their clients and is able to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship
