We are seeking for a motivated and driven Experienced Procurement Buyer, to Join our engineering team
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Procurement Processes – Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from tendering through contract execution. This includes working with subcontractors and service providers across multiple industrial sectors, reviewing engineering requests, developing strategic plans, running tenders, finalizing contracts, and ensuring smooth execution through project delivery and warranty periods.
Drive Negotiations – Conduct strategic negotiations to optimize processes, reduce costs, and secure the best possible terms with a broad network of suppliers and contractors.
Cross-Organizational Collaboration – Maintain ongoing, close working relationships with a variety of departments (including Engineering, Legal, and Finance), while also building partnerships with external stakeholders in Israel and abroad.
Supplier & Contractor Evaluation – Perform systematic assessments and comparisons of suppliers and subcontractors, including continuous performance monitoring to ensure compliance with the company’s highest standards.
Commercial & Technical Analysis – Carry out in-depth analysis of supplier proposals from both commercial and technical perspectives to enable informed, value-driven procurement decisions.

Location: Kadima (Willingness to travel abroad if necessary)

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required; a technical or engineering background is a strong advantage.
5+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in a medium or large industrial organization – required.
Experience in a global organization – strong advantage.
Good knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiations, commercial awareness and cost breakdown.
Full proficiency in English – required.
Strong command of MS Office – required.
Experience working with ERP systems – an advantage.
