Manufacturing Technician

New Phase is an innovative medical device startup developing a novel nanotechnology-based cancer treatment
with clinical impact. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our manufacturing activity within the Chemistry
department and seeking a hands-on motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our growing laboratory in Petah
Tikva.
Position Overview
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for polymer and nanoparticle production according to
established protocols, while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing polymers and nanoparticles in accordance with approved procedures and batch records
- Operating laboratory and manufacturing equipment
- Maintaining accurate documentation and production records
- Supporting process optimization and continuous improvement activities
- Working in compliance with safety and quality requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Production Technology, or a related field- preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in the chemical industry- mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing or scale-up processes
- Hands-on technical capability with strong laboratory skills
- Experience with analytical characterization methods (NMR, Karl Fischer – an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
