MATRIX is looking for Batch Release Specialist - Quality Assurance
Review and release batch files and associated documentation for intermediate and final products.
Review and approve shipping and production-related documents and production plans.
Coordinate change control documentation and approvals; propose and monitor corrective actions.
Provide quality support for technology transfer and process improvements. Collect data, conduct investigations, and prepare quality reports.
Assess existing quality systems and recommend improvements to enhance quality and reduce cycle time.
Prepare for and support regulatory and internal audits/inspections.
Identify product risks, escalate issues that require cross-functional involvement, and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct QA inspections on the shop floor and coordinate in-depth inspections of interdepartmental facilities and systems.
Approve changes to documentation and processes where applicable.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and applicable laws.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (B. Sc. preferred).
Typically 0–2 years related experience in quality; experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is required.
Strong understanding of GMP and relevant regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with risk assessment methods and capability to develop risk-mitigating actions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills - English.
