Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to be the focal point for all marketing activities within Drushim IL. You will be the "glue" connecting Media, PPC, and Brand, while working closely with our Sales, Data, and Product teams. This is a role for a high-energy "doer" who thinks outside the box, thrives on business goals, and knows how to push projects forward to get results.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the marketing strategy with a heavy focus on performance and meeting the business KPIs
- Ensure full synchronization between Media, PPC, and Brand to create a unified and effective marketing language
- Work closely with the Sales teams to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth
- Deep dive into user funnels to understand behavior and find ways to improve conversion at every stage
- Partner with Product, R&D and Data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features
- Use data to monitor performance, optimize budgets, and identify new opportunities to grow our user base

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, specifically within a Marketplace or a digital B2C/B2B platform
- A performance-driven mindset with a deep understanding of user funnels and growth metrics
- High energy and a "hands-on" approach- you are someone who makes things happen and drives execution
- Strong ability to work with data to drive decisions, including experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize marketing and sales processes
- Proven experience working across multiple interfaces: Sales, Data, Product, and various Marketing teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward with different stakeholders
- A proactive, "can-do" mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
