Key Responsibilities
As the team lead, you will orchestrate the sprint cycles and backlog for a diverse group of over 5 analysts, ensuring high-speed delivery in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for cultivating analytical rigor through advanced A/B testing methodologies and standardized frameworks, while continuously auditing internal workflows to eliminate manual inefficiencies. Your role involves defining and owning departmental North Star metrics, proactively educating stakeholders on business drivers, and maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure complex, cross-functional projects meet their milestones. Additionally, you will champion the integration of AI tools and frameworks to accelerate the team’s ability to generate rapid, actionable insights.

Required Experience & Skills
•Leadership Experience: At least 4 years as an Analytics Team Lead (experience in Fintech or B2C sectors is a significant advantage).
•Team Management: A proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of 5+ analysts across various business domains.
•Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
•Analytical Depth: Deep expertise in statistical methods and the practical implementation of A/B testing.
•Hands-on Capability: The ability to write complex queries and dive into the data while maintaining a broad leadership perspective.
•Advantage: Practical experience in developing AI-driven workflows to enhance team productivity.
