Junior Bookkeeping and Tax Operations Associate

Genpact – Global technology services and solutions company (NYSE: G)

Support financial and tax calculations, schedules, and audit documentation
Assist with international tax activities related to Israel operations (including tax incentives and grants)
Perform bookkeeping tasks: transaction recording, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations
Manage intercompany charges and related documentation
Support monthly and quarterly closing processes
Gather and analyze financial data for reporting and forecasting
Perform variance analysis and ongoing financial monitoring
Support improvement of financial reporting processes

Degree in Accounting / Finance (or currently studying)
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Interest in taxation and financial operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong Excel skills – advantage
