Production & Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Production & Project Manager to lead our production operations from inception to delivery. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our production roadmap, ensuring that every project is executed with precision, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. You will bridge the gap between business
End-to-End Project Management: Own and execute the production roadmap, ensuring full adherence to project Gantts, milestones, and defined budgets.
Operational Excellence: Optimize production floor efficiency and streamline supply chain processes to maximize output and minimize waste.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure the final product meets the highest industry benchmarks.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process and implement effective solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key link between R&D, Procurement, and Operations to translate business goals into high-quality physical products.

Experience: Proven track record in managing complex production projects within a high-tech or advanced manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and Gantt-based project tracking.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
