Product Manager

We’re hiring a Product Manager to shape the future of fintech!

About the role
iFOR Fintech, a prominent and well-known fintech company, is seeking a Product Manager to own customer journeys across payments (deposits/withdrawals/wallets), onboarding (KYC/AML), and compliance/legal UX on Web, Mobile App, and Mobile Web.
You’ll take products end-to-end, from idea to production - working closely with R&D and partner teams.

Work model: Hybrid - work from Herzliya office at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities
• Full product ownership and roadmap prioritization in your domain.
• Translate business/regulatory needs into clear requirements, specs, and user flows.
• Lead product activities across all phases: discovery ? design reviews with developer teams ? delivery.
• Coordinate with Fraud, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Support, BI and R&D.
• Manage integrations with payment partners/clearers and KYC/AML providers.
• Review high-level conversion/reliability metrics and drive practical, iterative improvements post-launch.

Requirements
• 2–5 years product management experience in online/fintech or other regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with payments and/or KYC/AML user journeys.
• Strong spec/flow writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English (verbal and written).
• Comfortable collaborating with BI on funnel trends to inform prioritization.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence, Figma, and API documentation (e.g., Postman).
• A true “pusher” - someone who takes ownership and drives ideas into production.
• Proactive, independent, collaborative, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.

Nice to have
• Background with an online brokerage or trading/investment platform (retail).
• Experience localizing payment/verification flows across countries and devices.
