Sales Order Fulfilment Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This role plays a central part in ensuring a seamless, premium experience for customers worldwide by managing the full lifecycle of each order — from sale confirmation through final delivery.
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
• Manage sales orders from confirmation to final delivery
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and CRM systems
• Ensure artworks are prepared, packed, and shipped according to company standards
Logistics & Coordination
• Coordinate stock reservations and global artwork movements
• Schedule and track deliveries, installations, and time-sensitive shipments
• Support international projects, exhibitions, and art fairs
Issue Resolution & Quality Control
• Proactively resolve shipping delays, damages, customs issues, and discrepancies
• Serve as the main point of contact for order status inquiries
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and external partners
• Provide accurate delivery timelines, quotes, and logistics updates
• Support artwork movement for marketing initiatives and events
Requirements
• Experience in fulfilment, logistics, operations, or sales coordination (art/luxury industry a plus)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-step processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority an advantage) and CRM platforms
• Strong Excel and digital documentation skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong advantage
