Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote Crow Group’s product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce visual content and collateral for both online and offline marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with lead generation efforts.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement with our audience.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Maintain and update the company's website with the latest product information and marketing content.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, and media activities.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or IoT industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of the IoT industry or security and automation systems is a plus.
