Are you an experienced Salesforce professional who excels in both technical development and practical business implementation? Adam Milo is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and real-world business needs!
What You'll Do:
• Act as a main focal point for any company’s Salesforce needs and challenges
• Design and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects
• Develop complex Apex classes and Lightning components
• Manage data migration, system integration and user adoption processes
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders
דרישות התפקיד
• B.S.c in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I & II)
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and development experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions
• Proven experience in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components development
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks, LWC in particular.
• Expertise in data migration, integration, and user adoption strategies
