• Develop block diagrams and schematics from initial concept phase
• Responsible for development of high speed Digital and optical circuit boards
• Responsible for the specification, design, test, integration and release of new products to production
• Create Hardware Design Specification and test plan
• Work cross functionally within all R&D disciplines in order to meet design objectives
• Provide engineering support for designs in production and transfer of products to contract manufactures
• Provide guidance to CAD designer’s during PCB design
• Work closely with the FPGA/SW/Test engineering team during integration phase of the product

• BSc in Electrical Engineering. MSc is an advantage.
• 5 or more years of experience as an Hardware Engineer.
• Experience with high-speed design and layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, teamwork oriented and well organized .
• Very good English-language skills
