Marketing Manager

Background

 Hypsee is a platform for influencers and creators. We focus on providing tools and services for them that enhance their interactions with their community through livestreamed and recorded services.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will develop materials and plans to promote the company's image, products and services to existing and prospective customers through traditional and non-traditional channels

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with management, sales and product to fully understand product and communication needs.
• Understands our sectors and determines the most effective communications channels and techniques.
• Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
• Presents design ideas and recommendations.
• Develop and manage influencer relationships for marketing purposes.
• Schedules and develops social media posts, manages social media channels.
• Develops content, including blogs, videos, one-pagers, email marketing content
• Experience with PPC and content marketing
• Evaluates success of activities via analytics and reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – native English required.
• Experience managing and developing content for social media channels (examples required)
• Experience hiring and working with freelance talent
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Office/Gsuite, social media, CRM and other relevant applications.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Three to five years of related marketing experience; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
• Experience working with marketplaces or influencers highly preferred.
