Finance & Operations Manager – US Activity

Location: Israel
Reports to: VP Finance
A well-established international company is seeking a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to join its global finance organization and take ownership of the financial and operational management of its U.S. activity.
This is a key role within a centralized global structure, combining financial responsibility with operational oversight. The position works closely with Group Finance, cross-functional internal stakeholders, and external partners in the United States.
We are looking for a business-oriented, detail-driven professional who is comfortable operating in a multi-entity, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Reporting
• Lead the monthly close process for U.S. activity, in coordination with external accountants
• Review and oversee financial reports and ensure accurate, timely reporting to Group Finance
• Own and coordinate U.S. Sales Tax filings (multi-state), working with external tax advisors
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and ongoing budget control
• Implement and maintain financial controls and support financial risk management processes
Operations & Inventory
• Oversee inventory management related to U.S. operations, ensuring alignment between operational and financial data
• Bridge logistics, inventory, and finance, including impact analysis on COGS
• Support inventory-related controls and physical counts
• Manage relationships with logistics and fulfillment partners (3PL)
Business & Stakeholder Management
• Monitor receivables, manage collections, and handle chargebacks
• Serve as a financial and operational interface with North American customers and suppliers
• Coordinate with banks, accountants, tax advisors, and other external partners
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, logistics, and operations teams

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or business-facing management roles
• Strong financial acumen and experience working with financial reports and external accountants
• Experience with U.S. Sales Tax and inventory-based operations – strong advantage
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate independently in a global environment
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Excellent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience – advantage
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work across U.S. business hours when needed
CPA / accounting certification – advantage, not mandatory
