Leading AI Project Implementation in the IT Division
Looking to drive real innovation and make a business impact through AI?
We are looking for a dynamic AI Solutions Lead to lead and implement Data & AI projects across the organization, working closely with business units and IT teams.
About the role
Lead end to end AI projects within the IT systems environment, from initial definition through implementation and adoption
Bridge advanced technologies with real business needs and processes
Develop and implement AI solutions and Agents as part of the organization’s AI and Data strategy
Drive cross organizational initiatives, innovation, and creative thinking around AI adoption
Work with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners
דרישות התפקיד
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, mandatory
At least 2 years of experience leading technology implementation projects, preferably in AI, Data, or Automation domains
Strong business understanding with the ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT, including measurement and insights generation
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse organizational interfaces
Strong self management skills, including organization, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
