Account Health & Regulation Manager for Amazon

 Job Description:

A leading eCommerce company based in Ra’anana is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join as an Account Health & Regulation Manager for Amazon!

This role involves monitoring and maintaining the health of our Amazon seller accounts, resolving violations, and handling daily challenges to ensure account integrity and compliance with Amazon’s regulations.

 What will you do?

 Monitor the health of our Amazon seller accounts and handle violations proactively.

 Resolve product authenticity complaints by analyzing data, preparing documents, and submitting invoices.

 Develop creative solutions to complex issues and ensure smooth account operations.

 Work with international suppliers to obtain and verify authentic documentation.

 Communicate with Amazon’s Account Health Support to clarify issues and resolve document rejections.

 What are we looking for?

 Additional Requirements:

 High-level English – Handling documents and communicating with Amazon in English.

 Experience working with documents, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) – Advantage.

 Background in eCommerce / Amazon / Quality Control / Compliance – Strong advantage.

 Experience working with complex systems, analytical mindset – Advantage.
