About the Role

The candidate should be someone who is a versatile, creative designer with a diverse portfolio, someone that loves thinking out loud and, participating in brainstorming sessions. It goes without saying that the person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly attentive to detail.

Responsibilities include

• Create cross-platform high-end designs including brand identities, websites, and marketing collateral in both digital and print formats – and well versed in the production side of all of the platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the agency and within client teams to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approaches

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative design experience
• BA in Visual Communications studies or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience designing brand identities, websites, and marketing collateral
• Proactive, energetic problem solver who can simultaneously work on multiple projects
• Strong conceptual and design skills with a thorough understanding of layout, composition, image selection, typography, and color
• Articulate, responsive, and experienced at operating in a client-facing role
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
