Job description
Lead product strategy and pre-sales activities for Verifone's payment solutions in the Israeli market, including POS terminals, local payment gateway, and Tap-on-Phone Android applications. Drive product roadmap, feature prioritization, and functional design while ensuring regulatory compliance and market adaptation in a fintech environment. Collaborate with local development and QA teams, and work cross-functionally with global product teams to localize and implement Verifone solutions.

Job Description
• Lead product strategy for payment solutions in Israel, including POS terminals, local payment gateway, and Tap-on-Phone Android app.
• Own product roadmap and feature prioritization; create functional design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with local development and QA teams to ensure quality delivery and timely execution.
• Localize and implement global Verifone solutions; work cross-functionally with global product teams.
• Oversee compliance and market adaptation in the regulated Israeli fintech environment.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements and translate them into product solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires.
• Ensure all products comply with Israeli financial regulations, Bank of Israel requirements, and PCI-DSS standards.
• Monitor local market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging payment technologies; conduct competitive analysis.
• Manage certification processes and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.

• BA degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field.
• At least 2-3 years proven experience in product management in a local Israeli fintech company.
• Deep understanding of payment technologies, including POS systems, payment gateways, and mobile payment applications – an advantage.
• Experience with Android development ecosystem – an advantage.
• Proven product and project management skills; ability to create functional specifications.
• Good presentation skills with ability to engage executive-level audiences.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and personal skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Languages: fluent English write and verbal, Hebrew: mother tongue.
