Job Description

We're seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a full-time hybrid position. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through various channels. Your responsibilities will include candidate screening, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations. While primarily based in our Ramat Gan office, we offer flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition
• Understanding of high-tech industry dynamics and contemporary recruitment strategies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Technical recruitment experience - advantage
• Sales experience - advantage
