Job Description:

We’re seeking a User Acquisition Manager who’s excited to join our dynamic team and help drive our clients’ performance marketing campaigns to new heights. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning, creating, and managing user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, starting with Meta Ads
• Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize, improve results, and generate growth
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ strategies
• Collaborating with the creative team to develop winning ad creatives
• Copywriting and basic creative editing
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition
• Native Hebrew, fluent English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Bring a creative mindset and fresh ideas to our ad and marketing efforts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and automation tools (advantage)
• A BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantage)
