Automation Developer Lead

We are looking for an Automation Developer Lead to join our founding team, join us!

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tests for new features, ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Develop robust automation infrastructure using Python, Go, and other frameworks.
• Create sophisticated automation frameworks to enhance efficiency, reusability, and flexibility.
• Conduct comprehensive tests including regression, performance, functional, and security testing. Provide detailed progress reports.
• Collaborate closely with developers to maintain cutting-edge system tests.
• Participate in design reviews to drive improvements in product quality and testability.
• Gather test requirements for performance and qualification testing.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in developing product testing and automation tools for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in File Systems (NAS), Block-level Storage, and storage networking protocols.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in QA processes and cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Background in automating tests on Linux servers and deep knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Fluency in storage technologies (file systems, volume management, RAID, SAN, FC/SCSI/iSCSI, snapshots).
• Solid understanding of QA methodology and best practices.
• Independent and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
