דרישות התפקיד
R&D Manager
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 3 years of engineering teams direct management experience
Experience in second-level management, overseeing multiple teams or managers – an advantage
Expertise in full stack development – must have experience
Expertise in the data domain, with a background in data architecture or data engineering – an advantage
Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience working with cybersecurity products or data – a strong advantage
Experience in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and the ability to drive innovation – a strong advantage
5+ years of prior hands-on engineering experience, primarily in Python, with expertise in designing and developing complex software and data-driven systems - MUST !
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
Strong business and product orientation, with the ability to align technical initiatives with company objectives and customer needs
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with executives, product team, and cross-functional partners
Energetic and driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to develop and inculcate new AI technologies and development practices within the team
