Our innovative and growing technology company is seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic infrastructure team. We are looking for a passionate individual who will be responsible for building, automating, and scaling our cloud-native platform. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the stability and scalability of our services. You will work on the end-to-end lifecycle of our infrastructure, from design and implementation to monitoring and incident response. This will involve managing our container orchestration platform, securing our service communications and ensuring a robust CI/CD process.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery
Manage, scale, and secure our containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance
Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance
Manage the deployment and lifecycle of AI models in production at scale
Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to production incidents and ensure platform reliability
Contribute to a culture of automation, security, and continuous improvement
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE or similar role
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS or Azure)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools
Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash and Python)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for automation
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-energy environment
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform)
Nice-to-have Skills
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus or Grafana)
Solid understanding of service mesh concepts (e.g. Istio)
Knowledge with Secret Manager tools (e.g. Vault)
Experience deploying and managing AI models for inference in production environments
