Global Customer Order & Coordination Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented team member to join our ECE GBU Team.

The role involves managing customer orders throughout the fulfillment cycle in close collaboration with commercial, logistics, and operations teams.

The position serves as a key operational link between global customer service, the technical product team, and the supply chain of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer order processing from initial receipt to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to offer product alternatives or equivalents based on availability and business needs.
• Work closely with global teams in Israel, Turkey, Spain, the Netherlands, and additional subsidiaries to align order fulfillment and priorities.
• Assist the sales team with the preparation of quotations and customer-specific offers in line with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal interfaces, including product managers and production planners.
• Provide input for forecasts SPOT, support demand planning, and assist in aligning supply availability with customer expectations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, supply chain, and operations for the smooth execution of orders and projects.

• Familiarity with Netafim’s product range – required
• Prior experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service required
• High-level service orientation and communication skills - required
• Fluent in English – required; Russian – advantage
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and business systems – required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure – required
• High level of availability and responsiveness during business hours
• Willingness to work extended hours and be available on Fridays when required
• Flexibility to adjust to urgent business needs across different time zones
