The Role

We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Global Internal Communications Specialist to support telling our story and strengthening our culture. Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications for Orbia Netafim, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees feel informed, connected and inspired. What You Will Do

·        Content and Campaign Execution: Support the planning and implementation of internal communications projects and campaigns that foster employee engagement and belonging worldwide.

·        Channel Coordination: Maintain and update global internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, announcements, and virtual events, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.

·        Content Creation & Storytelling: Draft and adapt clear, compelling, and culturally relevant messages and materials that connect with our diverse global workforce.

·         Change Communication Assistance: Support managers and leaders in preparing and sharing communication around organizational changes and helping employees transition smoothly.

·        Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with colleagues in HR, Communications, and business units to align messaging and provide consistent information across the organization.

·        Creative Contribution: Suggest new formats, tools, and approaches to keep internal communications fresh and engaging.

You are a collaborative communicator with a passion for connecting with people. You have:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related field, preferably within a large, global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native-level English fluency. (Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus).

·        Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple projects.

·        A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with design tools like Canva or Illustrator is a plus.

·        A "can do" attitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
