Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a CSRD and ESG Project Manager. This role is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulations globally for Netafim. The successful candidate will manage regulatory compliance projects, ensure cross-functional coordination, and drive strategic alignment with sustainability reporting and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the CSRD and ESG Implementation project: Oversee the execution of CSRD and other ESG regulatory projects globally, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and sustainability frameworks.
• Develop and Manage an Integrated Work Plan: Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation while tracking project progress to successful completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with CSRD and other ESG regulations, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal, Sustainability, and Operations, as well as the different business units globally and external consultants.
• Scope 3 Emissions Reporting: Manage data collection and reporting related to Scope 3 emissions, ensuring alignment with CSRD, GHG Protocol, and other relevant frameworks.  
• Training & Change Management: Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on CSRD and ESG regulatory requirements to ensure organizational readiness and compliance.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project financials, including budget forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in project management- Must
• Regulatory compliance, or sustainability reporting in a global environment- Advantage.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy, etc.) and experience with sustainability data management tools- Advantage
• Project Management Expertise: Familiarity with project methodologies, advanced project management tools, and risk management frameworks.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-Starter, Independent & Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex frameworks and adapt to evolving ESG compliance requirements.
• Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English.
