Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize scalable backend systems for high-traffic, real-time applications.
Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Work with large volumes of data and manage infrastructure at a very high scale.
Participate in architectural discussions and influence system design.
Mentor junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
5+ years of backend development experience with Python + Cloud.
Experience working with large volumes of data in high-traffic production environments.
Familiarity with AWS, Dockers, cloud-computing, cloud design patterns.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with Go (Golang), Rust, databases (SQL/NoSQL, in-memory, vector DBs), real-time processing, or microservices.
Knowledge of AI/NLP – training and serving deep learning models.
