React Lead

We are looking for an experienced React Lead to drive the development of complex web applications and mentor junior developers. In this role, you'll work on exciting projects for clients and internal initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions with the latest technologies. You'll also mentor junior developers' growth and ensure high standards of code quality.

Position location: Hybrid, flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Serve as the primary React expert for all inquiries and decisions.

·      Architect and lead the development of React projects, taking a hands-on approach.

·      Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, training and code reviews.

·      Participate in client consultations and pre-sales meetings.

·      Set and enforce React development best practices and standards.

·      Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools within the React domain.

Requirements:

·      5+ years in front-end development with a focus on React. Angular and other front-end frameworks are an advantage

·      Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React principles.

·      Experience with State Management such as Redux, MobX, Recoil, Context API, and front-end build tools.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, responsive design.

·      Experience with software web architecture, including design patterns, scalable systems, and integration strategies.

·      Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, GitHub project, Azure DevOps, and Git version control is a must

·      Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and best practices for project management and delivery.
