Project Procurement (Energy Sector)

A leading global energy company is seeking an experienced Project Procurement professional to lead procurement activities for complex energy projects in Israel, within a global matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement of services and direct materials for large-scale energy projects
Identify, qualify and develop strategic suppliers
Manage commercial negotiations and contracts
Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Operations and Finance
Lead RFX processes, tenders and e-Sourcing activities
Drive cost savings, process improvement and digitalization initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Experience in industrial / energy environment - advantage
Experience working with SAP / ERP systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent English and Hebrew
