Research Development Mechanical Engineer

As part of our product development team, you will design and develop novel solutions in the field of green energy. This is a hands-on role that will challenge you both technically and creatively while providing an opportunity to work on a technology for a better future.

What will you do?

Generate and implement new ideas and innovations to meet overall system design specifications.

Design, analyze, manufacture/fabricate, and test prototypes and products.

Develop detailed mechanical designs for prototypes and for volume manufacturing and commercialization.

Document designs and results using detailed drawings, reports, and presentations.

Hands-on prototypes building and testing

Requirements:

Minimum BSc in Mechanical engineering.

Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in R&D.

Proven experience in precision parts and mechanism design and implementation. 

Experience creating and modifying complex 3D models and complete 2D drawing sets using Solidworks.

Experience in precision parts and mechanism design.

Experience in tolerance analysis.

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in mechanics / mechanisms, heat transfer, and fluids.

Experience in design for rapid prototype and design for manufacturing.

Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond conventional solutions, contributing original ideas and practical improvements to complex development processes.

Advantages:

Experience with rotary systems.

Experience with electro-mechanical systems, electronics, control, motors, sensors, Arduino etc.
