MPI – Manufacturing / Product Integration Engineer

End-to-end product ownership from development, lab, and qualification stages to mass production

Ownership of Product / Manufacturing Integration (MPI) processes

Ongoing work under the Lab Manager, providing engineering support to manufacturing teams

Perform integration, validation, and system-level testing in lab and production environments

Conduct failure analysis, identify root causes, and lead corrective and preventive actions

Support and drive NPI / TTM / Ramp-Up processes

Collaborate with multiple interfaces: HW/SW R&D, testing, QA, manufacturing, and external vendors

Create and maintain test reports, process documentation, and work procedures

Support continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, product quality, and reliability

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Computer Engineering or a related field

Experience as an MPI Engineer, Integration Engineer, System/Test Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer – strong advantage

Proven experience in supporting products from lab to mass production

Strong understanding of complex hardware systems; HW/SW integration experience is a plus

Hands-on experience working in a lab environment with test and measurement equipment

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system-level issues

High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
