Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar PV & BESS Electrical Engineer located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems on commercial and industrial solar projects. You will also interface with mechanical and civil engineers to optimize system design and ensure seamless integration with building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in solar PV systems design, installation, and O&M
• Experience with energy storage systems, particularly BESS
• Strong background in power electronics, power systems, and electrical design
• Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVsolar or similar
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Experience with electrical safety and compliance regulations
• Experience with project management and scheduling tools
