We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping our company culture, managing HR processes, recruiting top talent, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and a bias for execution in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
Administer employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, benefits, and HRIS updates.
Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations.
Partner with management to foster a positive work environment and strong company culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a pleasant, efficient work environment.
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment.
Plan company events, meetings, and celebrations.
Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
Coordinate with IT, facilities, and other support functions.
Requirements
3–5 years of combined HR, recruitment, and office management experience, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for tech roles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
