E-Commerce Website Manager- SKIMS

Factory 54 is looking for a E-Commerce Website Manager to oversee the ongoing operations of the SKIMS website in Israel. This role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, strong commercial understanding, and a meticulous standard of execution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the website: product uploads, catalog management, and maintenance of product and category pages in Hebrew and English.
• Manage on-site pricing and promotions: ongoing updates, accuracy checks, and alignment with the commercial plan.
• Take ownership of the site’s visual merchandising and overall presentation: collections, categories, drops, banners, and on-site content, aligned with seasonality and commercial goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, and revenue, and lead continuous on-site improvements.
• Work closely with marketing, commercial, studio, and development teams: implement on-site assets, ensure quality control, prioritize tasks, and manage ongoing fixes and improvements.
• Manage customer journey initiatives on-site, including email and SMS campaigns.

• Experience in the fashion industry (fashion brand / online fashion retail).
• Experience with on-site merchandising and visual presentation.
• Excellent Hebrew and English writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
