Provides strategic direction for commercial opportunities and identify, protect and enhance value across current & future portfolio.

Assesses & develops innovative contracting opportunities across key brands to deliver solutions with customers.

Works across the health economy to support enhanced access to company portfolio, Responsible for commercial engagement with Payers to deliver optimal Market Access across portfolio. Interprets issues to provide informed oversight of implications and opportunities for company portfolio.

The role needs to seamlessly maneuver between strategic and operational and for example both build and execute on tender strategy, commercial pricing strategy and launch strategy This will be done in a dynamic and cross functional environment with colleagues in marketing and market access.

Skills and Experience

Commercial & Business Development

Developing trusted relationships with our distributor and customers - ensure our products are available

Build trusted relationships with PA MOH – providing access and reimbursement to our current and future products

Develop tailor made access strategy with Key customers in East Jerusalem & WB while also maintaining and expending our relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet both sides objectives

Identify & engage with key external & internal stakeholders & organizations (both current & emerging) relevant to Company Business.

Development, review & continued assessment of all relevant commercial arrangements

Mapping competitors’ arena and ensuring our products are well positioned.

Contribute to identifying & implementing commercial opportunities in line with company strategy

Working cross-functionally to provide support to the development of cost-effective solutions to customers

Pricing & Tenders

Inform & implement pricing strategies & processes

Ensure an accurate databases of all products & prices

Negotiate prices, submit price proposals, check MOH mandatory prices – assess business impacts

Work with cross functional team to ensure approval & implementation of all prices & price amendments

Verification of relevant rebate claims from third-party claimants

Business Operations

Work in close relationship with country lead, Finance, legal, Supply Chain, Regulatory & Global

Support & deliver on company strategy & objectives

To promote & enhance a positive image of the company & our products/services at all levels

Other requirements

Education: Degree qualification or equivalent in a Finance/healthcare/business discipline

Language: Arabic - a must, English & Hebrew - very high level
