Key Responsibilities

• Drive international sales growth and expand business activities in global markets.


• Develop new markets and identify business opportunities worldwide.


• Manage relationships with distributors, agents, and B2B customers across multiple regions.


• Lead strategic business development initiatives and support market penetration efforts.


• Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, operations, and marketing teams.


• Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.


• Travel internationally as required.

• Proven experience in international B2B sales and business development within a technical or industrial environment.


• Strong track record of developing new markets and growing business globally.


• Experience working with distributors, agents, and international customers.


• Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.


• Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to present and communicate professionally in an international environment.


• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Experience in metalworking, machining, cutting tools, industrial manufacturing, or related technical industries.


• Background in industrial products or technical solutions sales.


• Additional languages are an advantage.
