Inventory Planner for Telecommunications Company

We are looking for a team player Inventory Planner to join our Operations department in Rehovot.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Production Schedule to ensure materials are available to meet manufacturing demands.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels (Min/Max, LLI, hardware, and perishable items).
• Track and manage lead times for various products and materials to ensure timely availability.
• Improve stock usage efficiency, reducing storage time and optimizing stock movement.
• Review Customer PO’s & Forecasts to align inventory planning with demand.
• Manage high-profile items, including sensitive parts with high-risk suppliers, high-cost LLI, and complex outsourced production processes.
• Define and characterize MRP processes to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare analysis and custom reports for the COO.
• Evaluate procurement processes and suggest improvements.

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Practical Engineer also considered).
• 2+ years of experience in PP&C/ Production/ Supply Chain/ Operations.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (MRP module focus).
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).- MUST
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
