Join our team as R&D Engineer!

You will take part in:

• Design, build and maintain complex machines for accelerated fatigue testing
• Design and implement new manufacturing and testing processes for a Nitinol implant and disposable delivery system
• Quickly prototype new ideas
• Generating new intellectual property (inventions)

• Focused failure analysis and iterating creative solutions in cooperation with team members
• Hands-on with laboratory tools and getting your hands dirty
• Independently tackle challenges
• Agility to shifting priorities 
• Creating and maintaining positive business relationships with global vendors 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in Mechanical engineering / equivalent
• 5 years’ experience as a full-time R&D engineer in the medical device industry
• Expert proficiency with Solidworks
• High proficiency with English reading & writing
• Hands-on lab work capability 

HIGH PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience developing class III medical devices and ISO 13485 QMS
• Cardiology or structural heart background
• Laser processes [welding, cutting, EP]
• Accelerated fatigue testing
• Catheter / delivery system R&D and/or V&V
