*About the Role*

5Candidates is looking for an *Implementation Manager* on behalf of Cymbio to join their *Customer Operations team*. In this role, you will collaborate with Delivery, Support, Data, Product, and Development teams to ensure smooth and swift onboarding of new brands to the platform. You will own the onboarding lifecycle, manage cross-functional projects, and drive best practices across internal processes.

*What Will You Do?*

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead onboarding projects for new brands.
* Identify and assess risks during implementations, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate to senior management when needed.
* Develop, monitor, and report on project plan progress, ensuring timelines and business requirements are met.
* Lead the client onboarding process end-to-end.
* Become an expert in Cymbio’s onboarding processes and integrations.
* Own internal documentation and establish best practices for all internal workflows.

*About You*

* 3–5 years of experience managing projects for customer-facing SaaS products.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Strong project management expertise with a technical background.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or Airtable.
* Knowledge of US and/or EU retail & brand markets — advantage.
* Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills in English (native-level, written and verbal) — mandatory.
* Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement.
* A true team player with a can-do attitude.
