Commercial Finance Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager, who will be the operational bridge between Finance, Pricing, and our business verticals. Your mission is to take advanced financial strategies and ensure they are successfully executed on the ground. You will act as a central hub, coordinating between GMs, Product, Data, and Marketing to ensure our revenue initiatives and pricing models are launched seamlessly and monitored for success.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of pricing strategies across all business verticals (Real Estate, Vehicles, etc.)
- Act as the primary focal point for GMs, Product, and Marketing to ensure Go-To-Market (GTM) plans are aligned and executed
- Create high-level reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track the performance of pricing actions and financial initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure they are fully aligned with the pricing strategy and have the tools to execute the GTM
- Oversee the technical rollout of pricing within our systems, specifically managing CPQ (DealHub) and CRM workflows
- Lead deep-dive market research and competitor pricing benchmarks to maintain our competitive edge
- Own the annual pricing project cycle, coordinating between Product, Sales, and Finance from analysis to market launch

- 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Operations, or a Pricing GTM-focused role
- Background in established organizations where you had to navigate complex processes and move projects forward across multiple departments
- A proven track record of taking theoretical plans and turning them into functional operational workflows
- High-level Excel skills (analytical modeling) and experience working with CRM and CPQ systems (advantage for DealHub)
- Proven ability to report to and align with GMs and senior stakeholders
- Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- High-level English (written and verbal)
