Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Mobile Developer to lead the development of our Roadie mobile app. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring best practices, maintaining code quality, and driving technological innovation. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create and maintain a seamless user experience for our mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IndieFlow’s mobile app development, setting and maintaining high standards for code quality and best practices.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project objectives.
• Implement custom UI components and animations using Flutter.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Manage the end-to-end process from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mobile development (iOS and/or Android).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile apps using Dart and Flutter.
• Proficiency in working with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the mobile stack.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of deployment processes to app stores (Google Play, App Store).
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodology.
