DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a System Implementation and Administration Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system implementation, administration, and user support across various systems, with a focus on HR system integration and other enterprise systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Participate in the design and implementation of enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Netsuite (ERP systems).

Administer and configure systems, ensuring smooth integration and optimization.

Perform business analysis and system mapping, working closely with internal teams to define functional and technical requirements.

Assist in the implementation of HR systems and other business applications.

Lead the implementation and training processes, ensuring successful user adoption.

Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Collaborate across all departments, ensuring system alignment with company needs.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, using tools such as Gantt charts.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the systems meet business objectives and provide long-term value.
